VP: Data, Analytics and Insights

Pager Health is seeking a VP of Data, Analytics and Insights to define and own the company's enterprise-wide data and reporting strategy. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles, including leadership of multi-disciplinary data teams.

Requirements

• Define and own Pager Health's enterprise-wide data and reporting strategy
• Establish a unified vision for how data is collected, governed, analyzed, and shared across the organization
• Build and lead a centralized Data and Reporting shared services function
• Own enterprise-wide dashboards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks
• Oversee the development and delivery of high-impact, client-facing reporting and analytics
• Partner with Engineering and Product to guide data architecture, tooling, and pipelines
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Client Success, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to data leaders and individual contributors
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of internal and external data initiatives
• Champion continuous improvement in data tooling, reporting automation, data literacy, and analytical rigor
