QA Engineer

Paidy is looking for a skilled Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality of all of Paidy's products through a combination of automated and manual tests. The position involves working with stakeholders, developers, and teammates to design and develop test plans and test strategies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in software testing as Software QA Engineer or SDET
• Knowledgeable on testing techniques, strategies and test design best practices
• Skilled with the Python programming language
• Experience building automated testing frameworks or writing automated tests
• Experience with non-functional testing, such as performance testing
• Great communication skills in order to work along with stakeholders to write test plans for acceptance and functional testing, both FrontEnd and BackEnd
• Experience working with developers in integrating automated tests into the CI/CD process
• Business-level or higher English (both reading and writing)
• Conversational fluency in Japanese (encouraged but not required)
• Experience in the Fin-Tech or Financial industries (encouraged but not required)
