Requirements
- Design and optimize campaigns according to the customer moment.
- Create and manage automations (onboarding, inactivity, reactivation, cross-sell).
- Analyze key metrics and detect opportunities for improvement.
- Build segmentations based on behavior and available data.
- Work with BI, Tech, Marketing, and Product to convert data into concrete actions.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize messages, channels, and timing.
- Accompany the launch of new features or products.
- Ensure correct configuration and quality of data in the engagement tool.
