Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at Central States Pain Clinic. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering quality patient care and supporting clinical operations. You will work closely with providers and fellow team members to ensure patients receive compassionate, efficient care throughout their treatment experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Medical Assistant certification may be required
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Knowledge of medical terminology, office ethics, confidentiality requirements, and basic clerical procedures
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
