AI Engineer II - Agentic AI Platform

We develop autonomous AI agents that automate real business processes. The market for agentic AI is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an AI Engineer II to join our team. Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development, including at least 1 year in projects involving generative AI or agent systems
• Solid knowledge of Python
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and RAG concepts
• Familiarity with common agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI) as well as vector databases and prompt engineering
• Expertise in API integration (REST, OAuth2), security (RBAC, managed identities), and DevOps/MLOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; enjoy teamwork and innovation
• Good German and English skills
