Lead AI Engineer - Agentic AI Platform

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, platform architecture, or product leadership
• In-depth expertise in multi-agent architectures, LLM orchestration, RAG, API integration, security, and compliance
• Successful leadership experience, including strategic planning, change management, and stakeholder management
• Entrepreneurial mindset, innovative spirit, and strong communication skills—in German and English
