We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to support and scale our wholesale partnerships across North America.
Requirements
- Manage and grow relationships with regional and mid-tier optical retail chains across North America
- Support the Sales Director in executing national sales strategies and account-level growth plans
- Own day-to-day communication with assigned accounts, ensuring strong alignment and responsiveness
- Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities, expanding assortments, and developing new partnerships
- Lead assortment planning, order forecasting, and sell-through analysis to optimize account performance
- Prospect and onboard new regional optical accounts aligned with Pair’s growth strategy
- Support pitch development, proposals, and follow-up with prospective partners
- Partner with Sales Operations, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate order flow and timely replenishment
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Merchandising on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and assortment updates
- Support account reporting and business reviews, surfacing insights and growth opportunities to leadership
- Monitor sell-out data and inventory levels to inform replenishment and planning decisions
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (sales, AOV, returns, attachment rate, campaign performance)
- Maintain accurate account data and reporting across CRM and internal systems (e.g., Monday, Looker)
