Job Description
At Pair Eyewear, we are seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring smooth execution, visibility, and reporting across the supply chain.
Requirements
- Manage inbound purchase orders and shipments
- Coordinate inbound freight bookings and track shipments
- Execute and track outbound shipments
- Partner with warehouse teams to ensure timely execution
- Own SKU setup and ongoing maintenance in NetSuite
- Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reporting on PO health, inbound/outbound performance, transit times, and service levels
- Support cross-functional handoffs and process improvements
- Manage ad hoc, rush, or exception-based shipments as needed
