AI Engineer

Pair Team is building a new kind of healthcare system across Medicaid, Medicare, and public assistance programs. As a Principal AI Engineer, you will help design and build the architecture that enables this evolution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping production software systems
• Proven experience building and scaling multi-agent or agent-driven systems in production
• Hands-on experience with modern agent ecosystems, including frameworks and observability/evals tooling
• Strong systems and backend architecture fundamentals
• Clear agentic evaluation mindset, including automated evals and simulation-based testing
• AI-native builder with high velocity and ownership
• Strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator
