Project Manager

Project Manager role requires extensive experience in project management, proactive individual to oversee complex projects, exceptional communication skills to manage clients and internal teams. The role involves project planning, execution, team management, client management, and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a related field (PMP or equivalent certification is a strong plus)
• 3+ years of project management experience in the software development or IT industry
• Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive accountability among team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent English language communications skills (Dutch language skills a plus)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Project Management tools
