Job Description
The Custodian is responsible for keeping office buildings and surrounding areas clean and orderly. This includes cleaning, polishing, and waste management duties, with potential for Lead Custodian responsibilities. Duties may be assigned based on level of experience and the level of the role.
Requirements
- Clean and polish fixtures, trim, and surfaces.
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, and common areas.
- Sweep, scrub, and polish floors.
- Clean carpets, furniture, and draperies.
- Dust furniture and equipment.
- Washes windows, doors, and sills.
- Empties wastebaskets and cleans waste disposal area.
