Indirect Purchasing Lead

The Indirect Purchasing Lead is responsible for establishing and improving the framework for managing indirect spending in alignment with the company Purchasing strategy. This role requires strong critical thinking and analysis to identify irregularities and optimize spend.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, finance or overall category management experience with emphasis on indirect spending.
• Experience developing and rolling out cross-organizational processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance speed of support with compliance and governance needs.
