Proposal Writer

We are seeking a Proposal Writer to assist our Marketing department with proposal writing, team administrative duties, business development content creation, and RFP processes. This role is based out of our office in Ottawa and as such, the suitable candidate will also reside near the Ottawa office. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience in either/or a marketing, communications, grant writing and/or proposal writing role and a diploma or university degree in English, Business, Marketing, Communications, Technical writing, or similar field of study. Exceptional writing and research skills are required to effectively produce high-quality proposal documentation and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Proposal writing and leading the process from production to delivery
• Marketing team administrative duties, including completing company prequalification packages
• Assist the pursuits team in preparing business development content and documentation
• Ensure high-quality preparation and production of all written materials
