Compliance Engineer

Palantir is seeking a Compliance Engineer to help implement security controls across their product line. This role involves working with various teams to interpret US government regulations, architecture, and documentation, and ensure sustainable processes for growth. The engineer will also automate compliance procedures and guide technical decision-making, contributing to a secure and efficient organizational environment.

Requirements

• Implement US Government compliance (FedRAMP, IL5, IL6, CMMC, FISMA).
• Support partnerships with agencies and PMOs.
• Interpret compliance requirements to product implementation.
• Provide guidance on technical architecture and operational concerns.
• Build automation for procedural compliance controls.
• Guide technical and operational decision-making towards future product offerings.
