Job Description
Palantir is seeking a Legal Counsel to proactively address legal issues, contributing to both the Legal team and the company. The role involves being a key player in both internal and external legal matters, managing high-touch stakeholders, and delivering complex information in an understandable way. The ideal candidate is proactive, empathetic, and capable of both independent problem-solving and teamwork.
Requirements
- Lead negotiation and drafting on commercial and international government deals and transactions.
- Advise on complex legal and business matters, including compliance and regulatory space.
- Partner with international sales teams on deal strategy in-region.
- Assist in building infrastructure and processes for scalable legal support.
- Collaborate with Business, Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams.
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken)
