Job Description
As a People Operations Specialist at Palantir, you will play a critical role in supporting employees from initial offer to their entire Palantir journey, collaborating with stakeholders across all areas of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth employee experience, creating operational people initiatives, and managing programs across the People Operations team.
Requirements
