People Partner

The People Partner team is dedicated to driving business outcomes by cultivating a highly effective and engaged workforce in partnership with key business leaders. People Partners work at both the strategic and tactical level, designing new programs and frameworks, advising organizations on how to develop a culture of feedback, and iterating on how to improve their efficacy as a team.

Requirements

• Develop deep relationships and build trust with key business owners
• Build, execute, and regularly assess people processes and programs
• Utilize people metrics to drive key insights and decisions around the growth and retention of employees
• Coach Palantirians (both individual contributors and leads) on performance, interpersonal conflicts, grievances and complex investigations
