This role supports the reliability and efficiency of our production operations by ensuring equipment runs safely and consistently. You’ll play a key part in keeping production moving during critical overnight hours while building hands-on skills in industrial maintenance. You’ll receive hands-on training and support as you build the skills needed to grow into a highly skilled maintenance technician.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on mechanical experience (professional or personal), such as working with tools, equipment, or machinery
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn maintenance and repair skills in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to troubleshoot simple equipment issues and follow instructions to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently during assigned shifts
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with production and team members
- Willingness and ability to work a 3rd shift schedule, including weekends or overtime as needed
- Ability to follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
