Job Description
The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and auditing medical record documentation, coding and quality measures for compliance and accuracy. The role requires knowledge of 5 STAR, PQRS, HEDIS, CMS coding guidelines, and coding/documentation and billing standards and regulations.
