Job Description
Our Pest Specialists show a commitment to providing exceptional pest control services while fostering a work environment that values integrity, excellence, empathy, accountability, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Being prompt to scheduled appointments.
- Inspecting the property, determining problem, and implementing the most effective solution.
- Identifying different species of roaches, rodents, ants, and other household pests
- Maintaining knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations governing pesticide application.
- Effectively communicating with customers and office staff.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gathering customer information, accessing and fulfilling customer needs, educating the customer where applicable in order to prevent future pest infestations
- Participating in routine maintenance of Company vehicle and equipment.
- Practicing workplace safety procedures as outlined in the Company's Safety Manual.
- Operating company vehicle in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life.
- Cleaning vehicles as scheduled and/or required.
- Dressing Professionally. Maintaining company uniforms in neat and professional manner. Following company dress code.
