Job Description
Lead and mentor a team of fraud analysts and investigators to detect, investigate, and resolve fraud cases. Develop and enhance fraud risk policies and controls.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fraud investigation, financial crime risk management, anti-fraud operations, or a related compliance function
- Fintech, banking, or mobile money services experience preferred
- Ability to interface with law enforcement, regulators, and industry bodies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and training skills
