Human Resource Trainee

Palmpay is seeking a proactive and results-driven Human Resource Trainee to support the human resources department in day-to-day operations, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, human resource administration and compliance.

Requirements

• Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening resumes and scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding processes for new hires (documentation and induction programs).
• Maintain and update employee records in human resource systems.
• Help organize training sessions, workshops and employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support in payroll preparation and benefits management.
• Assist in drafting human resource policies, notices and internal communications.
• Participate in performance appraisal processes and feedback collection.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Handle employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
