1 year of chemotherapy experience, current Arizona RN State Board of Nursing license, current CPR Certification, and ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Providers Card
Chemotherapy Insurance Authorization Specialist
High school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of related experience, and knowledge of EMR, medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT codes
Medical Assistant
Medical Assistant Certification and basic administrative and clinical skills
Medical Hematologist/Oncologist
Board certification in Hematology/Oncology, graduation from accredited medical school with residency/fellowship, and Arizona medical license are essential
Medical Oncology Billing Specialist
No Education Required, Sitting for extended periods, Manual dexterity to use a keyboard and calculator
Float Pharmacy Technician
CPhT certification, ability to follow instructions, and problem-solving skills
