Job Description
Palomar Christian Conference Center is seeking a Retreat Booking Coordinator to foster an uplifting, distraction-free, and Christ-centered camp experience. This role involves booking and maximizing group revenue, providing great hospitality for group leaders, coordinating group details, and assisting with guest services. The company aims to reach the lost for Christ through spiritual growth and offers a supportive organizational culture.
Requirements
- Personal relationship with God and consistent daily living in accordance with God’s Word.
- Understanding of Palomar's mission and Statement of Faith.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills to maintain positive relations with staff and guests.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
