Responsible for leading the operations of the Clinical Resource Management Department, overseeing case management, social services, utilization review, and clinical documentation improvement functions. Develops and mentors a high-performing team and ensures financial viability by managing revenue and expenses.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in a related field or Masters Degree in progress with an expected completion date within 3 years of hire
• 2-3 years of experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Certification in specialty area of practice or role
