Job Description

Requirements
- Minimum of High School diploma or GED
- Current Ohio Drivers License with acceptable driving record
- Criminal Background verification, with acceptable clearance according to applicable rules and requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedule and provide responsible supervision and assistance to adults with Developmental Disabilities
- Ability to work as a team member and communicate in a positive and effective manner with persons served, support staff, and others
- Maintains current and annual training requirements
- Must have at least one (1) year of healthcare experience or working with disabilities individuals
