Job Description
PALS builds on the foundation of physical activity and life skills to create opportunities and success for individuals with disabilities. The Direct Support Professional plays a vital role in providing support services, including homemaker and personal care services, health and medical care, and independent living skill development.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Current Ohio Drivers License with acceptable driving record
- Criminal Background verification with acceptable clearance
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Ability to work as a team member and communicate in a positive and effective manner
- Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
- Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills
