Job Description
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to negotiate with major cloud and management software vendors, evaluate vendor proposals, and optimize overall procurement costs. The successful candidate will work with the internal engineering team and sales team to understand technical requirements and ensure profit targets are met.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or vendor relationship management.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Google Cloud / AWS / Azure) and database (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) procurement processes.
- Practical experience in negotiating and contracting with SaaS, API services, and LLM platforms (such as OpenAI, Claude).
- Ability to understand engineering team technical requirements and communicate smoothly with engineers.
- Strong negotiation skills and digital sensitivity to balance cost control and quality.
