Requirements
- Studies in Business Administration or related area
- Experience as an Administrative or Legal Assistant
- Experience in organizing electronic/digital documents
- Experience in tracking and compliance with due dates
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate the needs of the legal team
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with people at all levels
- Proficiency in computer use, email (Gmail), scanner, digitalization programs, Excel intermediate; MS Office programs and others
