We are looking for a motivated and organised Retail Sales Coordinator to join our UK retail store as a Panastore Assistant in Greenford, London, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our store runs smoothly with excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Manage multiple customer accounts, handling features, promotions, online orders, walk-in traffic, and phone inquiries.
• Generate quotes, negotiate pricing, process orders, manage stock pulls and deliveries, and ensure backorders are handled promptly.
• Complete invoices, ensure accurate payments are received, and manage purchase orders for the accounting team.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, place orders with suppliers, verify deliveries, and manage inventory records.
• Keep our shop floor presentable, organized, and well-stocked.
