Engineering Lead

Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the engineering and project management efforts on assigned projects, design and implement utility-grade industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical power systems, and ensure that the engineering work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards.

Requirements

• BS or higher in Electrical Engineering
• Five or more years in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical and Substation Design Suite (SDS)
• Ten or more years of experience in electrical design and engineering
• Five or more years of experience in managing project managers and junior engineers
• Five or more years of product knowledge of key electrical components of a Protection & Control Panel
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Growth mindset with the ability to accept challenges
• US work authorization without sponsorship
