Test Engineering Manager

Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented experienced Quality Control Inspector to lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of product testing and verification processes in support of manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in test engineering, manufacturing test, product validation, or reliability engineering
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
• Experience supervising, leading, or mentoring technicians or engineering staff
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
