We are looking for a Production Manager to lead our team of 80 employees in a modern bakery with industrial production and traditional quality standards. The ideal candidate will have baking education, leadership experience, and a strong quality awareness.

Requirements

• Efficient planning and coordination of personnel to ensure a smooth production process
• Leadership, motivation, and development of a team of around 80 employees
• Ongoing analysis and improvement of processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Daily monitoring of production progress and ensuring smooth operation
• Conducting and documenting tests to ensure consistently high product quality
• Responsibility for occupational safety and implementation of all internal and statutory requirements
• Control of shift-based processes in a modern bakery with industrial production and traditional quality standards
