Job Description
We are looking to strengthen our team with a full-time production manager (m/f/d) in a 40-hour/week position at Panem Bakery GmbH in Bleicherode, Germany.
Requirements
- Efficient planning and coordination of personnel to ensure a smooth production process
- Leadership, motivation, and development of a team of around 80 employees
- Ongoing analysis and improvement of processes to increase efficiency and quality
- Daily control of production progress and ensuring a trouble-free operation
- Conducting and documenting inspections to ensure consistently high product quality
- Responsibility for occupational safety and implementing all internal and legal requirements
- Controlling shift-related processes in a modern bakery with industrial production and traditional quality standards
