Job Description
We're looking for a Salad and Sandwich Maker to join our team at Panera! As a Retail Team Member, you'll prepare and assemble fresh salads, plate soups, and sandwiches. You'll also provide warm, friendly service to our guests and help build our Culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 years of age.
- Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training.
- Food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
- Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
- Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates' directions in a loud environment.
