Job Description
At Panera, our people come first. We're looking for a Salad and Sandwich Maker to prepare and assemble fresh salads, plate soups, and sandwiches. As a Retail Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering warm, friendly service and working in a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 years of age
- Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
- Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
- Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates' directions in a loud environment
