Staff Accountant, Limited Term Engagement (LTE)

Staff Accountant, Limited Term Engagement (LTE) at Panorama, a platform for social change dedicated to solving the world's most intractable problems. The role provides flexible accounting support across the Finance department, assisting with General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other core accounting activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing recurring tasks while quickly learning new processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct or similar accounting platforms.
• Experience supporting month-end close or financial reconciliations.
• Experience working in nonprofit or project-based accounting environments.
• Experience working with multiple entities is a plus.
