Lift Operations Team Leader (Summer)

Lift operator Team Leaders are responsible for setting an excellent example for all lift staff, ensuring proper loading and unloading of guests, inspecting and reporting lift machinery condition, and providing excellent customer relations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months as a Panorama Mountain Resort lift operator
• Successfully complete the lift operations orientation/training session and exam
• Ability to foster excellent guest relations and promote positive interactions with guests
• Ability to promote teamwork, motivate self, and others
• Have knowledge of lift operation standards, safety policies, and emergency procedures
• Have excellent attendance, punctuality, and must always follow Panorama Mountain Village Policies and Procedures
