The Marketing Coordinator will enable the Marketing leader and create the internal structure that helps the Marketing organization operate smoothly and predictably. This role will sit at the center of Marketing’s operating system, coordinating work across teams, building lightweight processes, and driving clarity.
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing operations, program management, executive support, or similar roles in tech or high growth environments
- Proven ability to support senior executives with high judgment and strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated success building processes and operating rhythms in fast moving teams
- Experience coordinating work across Marketing, Sales, Finance, or other GTM functions
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage many moving parts simultaneously
- Strong communicator who surfaces information clearly, succinctly, and proactively
- Able to navigate ambiguity and bring structure where none exists
- Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs and removes friction for leaders and teams
- Skilled at building lightweight systems that scale without slowing the team down
- Approachable, collaborative, and able to build trust quickly across levels
- High judgment and discretion, especially when working with executives and sensitive information
- Comfortable balancing scrappy execution with polished, executive ready outputs
- Thrives in environments that move quickly and require adaptability
