Senior Technical Program Manager - Enterprise

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that span every part of Pantheon, from Product and Engineering to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and beyond. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, executive presence, and the ability to lead through influence, while managing complexity and driving outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead programs that span multiple business functions
• Strategic Program Management: Experience translating company-level strategies and goals into structured, executable programs
• Execution & Delivery: Proficient in managing complex, multi-workstream programs from definition through delivery
• Stakeholder Management: Effective at communicating with senior and executive stakeholders
• Change Management: Experience leading organizations through change
• Process Improvement: Experience implementing best practices, designing governance frameworks
• Analytical Thinking: Leverages data and program metrics to monitor progress
