Job Description
Support occupancy and deliver a positive experience for prospective and current residents by managing the leasing process, conducting tours, and responding to inquiries.
Requirements
- Greet and assist prospective residents
- Manage leads and follow up with prospects
- Maintain strong knowledge of the property and market
- Prepare lease paperwork
- Track and manage prospect traffic and leasing activity
- Support move-in readiness
- Assist with resident communication and overall resident experience
