The Impact Assessment Program Coordinator will assist in developing, aligning, and implementing Panthera's programmatic strategies, institutionalizing best practices in project planning, monitoring, and evaluation, and aggregating programmatic outcomes to report on organization-wide impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program planning, management or monitoring and evaluation, preferably in a conservation-related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a conservation-related field.
- Experience in leading conservation planning workshops using the Conservation Standards.
- Experience in setting SMART project goals and objectives and developing appropriate indicators for evaluation.
- Proven experience developing and implementing conservation planning at multiple scales.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, including the ability to motivate, set objectives, and monitor performance of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus. Ability to speak other languages an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to thrive in collaborative environments and the ability to manage work independently
- Facilitation skills.
- Self-motivated to achieve a collective purpose.
- Coaches training in the Conservation Standards.
