Job Description
Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring an Email Marketing Designer to bring email marketing campaigns to life through high-quality, on-brand design execution. The role is responsible for designing responsive, engaging email experiences using Dot-digital, supporting promotional campaigns, studio launches, lifecycle communications, and ongoing marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital design
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Hands-on experience with Dot-digital or similar Email Service Providers (ESPs)
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of responsive email design and UX best practices
- Experience in e-commerce and email marketing, with an understanding of conversion-driven design and copy best practices
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency)
