Lead Designer

We are a web-based video-on-demand network with a focus on adult entertainment, based out of Downtown Miami. We are a group of creative souls with diverse backgrounds, seeking a Lead Designer to manage and mentor our graphic design team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a senior, lead, or people-management role
• Proven experience managing or mentoring graphic designers
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital design work
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Fluent in English
