Talent Coordinator

We are a web-based video-on-demand network with a focus on adult entertainment, looking for a Talent Coordinator to identify, book, and contract talent for our productions. This is a remote position with a 90-day probationary period.

Requirements

• Identifying, booking, and contracting talent for productions
• Collaborating with production team to understand project vision and requirements
• Source and recruit talent through various channels
• Conducting auditions and casting sessions
• Reviewing portfolios, headshots, and video submissions
• Managing relationships with actors and actresses
• Scouting and evaluating filming locations
• Coordinating and managing production schedules
• Negotiating contracts with performers and other personnel
• Staying informed about emerging talent and industry trends
