Paper is looking for a high-impact Senior FP&A Analyst to join a lean, fast-moving Finance team, owning core planning processes, improving data quality, and driving actionable insights that inform decision-making across the company.
Requirements
- Own and maintain the corporate operating model, ensuring alignment across bookings, revenue, and cash flow
- Own the company’s cash flow forecast and liquidity planning, with clear visibility into drivers and risks
- Lead the rolling forecast process, including monthly BvA analysis and clear articulation of drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Build and maintain scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making (e.g., growth, hiring, pricing, cost structure)
- Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to improve pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and overall GTM performance
- Translate pipeline, bookings, and customer data into actionable insights that inform forecast and operating decisions
- Define, track, and continuously improve KPIs and dashboards across the business
- Support monthly close in partnership with Accounting to ensure consistency between actuals and forecast inputs
- Assist in commission modeling, plan validation, and payout accuracy
- Leverage AI and automation to improve forecasting speed, quality, and scalability
- Deliver high-quality ad hoc analyses to support leadership and Board-level discussions
