As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern at Papernest, you will support the Talent team in achieving its recruitment objectives for 5-6 month internships. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process and providing the best candidate experience.
Requirements
- Briefing with managers
- Managing the publication of job ads on various job boards
- Screening and selecting CVs
- Being the first point of contact for candidates and presenting the most relevant profiles to managers
- Monitoring the recruitment process through to the offer stage and supporting managers in their decision-making
- Optimizing our sourcing to target the best profiles
- Communicating with peers in the Corporate and Tech teams
