Job Description
Parabola is a workflow builder that makes it easy to organize and transform messy data from anywhere—even PDFs, emails, and spreadsheets—so that forward-thinking teams can automate the work they thought would always be manual. Requirements
- Prepare and lead team based user trainings, requirements workshops, and co-building exercises with customers.
- Build, document, and maintain project artifacts such as project plans, training material, presentations, etc.
- Building & troubleshooting complex Parabola flows, including configuring new API connections (REST & GraphQL), SQL queries, and more.
- Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by assisting with discovery sessions, leading product demos, & building proof of concepts with prospective customers.
- Document and surface feedback from customers to internal product and engineering teams.
