Silverlake Part-Time Sales Associate

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our retail team in Los Angeles, California. As a Sales Associate, you will play an integral role in building a Parachute community within your local area, providing subject matter expertise on Parachute products, and enhancing the customer experience. You will work collaboratively with the Store Manager to uphold daily operations, achieve store KPIs, and maintain brand integrity. Responsibilities include sales and service, operations, visual merchandising, and people and culture.

Requirements

• Availability to work a minimum of one weekend day per week
• Retail sales, showroom or customer service experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience using point of sale systems, inventory management software, scanners, barcode labels and shipping programs
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to frequently physically active, including standing, walking, reaching and grasping for long periods of time
• Ability to regularly communicate face to face, on the phone or via electronic means
