Civil Engineer

Join a collaborative team driving innovative land development and infrastructure projects across the country. We are seeking a Civil Engineer / Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to support the planning, design, entitlement, and construction of land development and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Prepare engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for civil engineering projects
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce detailed drawings, models, and layouts
• Collect and analyze survey data, zoning information, utility records, and jurisdictional codes
• Assist in technical reports, calculations, and design documentation for permitting and regulatory compliance
• Maintain organized project documentation, including drawings, correspondence, and revisions
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and regulatory agencies to obtain project approvals and permits
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to clarify design requirements and address inquiries
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and occasional site visits to support project progress
